Great Fashion in Marie Antoinette

I absolutely adore the movie Marie Antoinette. I think I may have watched it 500 times by now. I can't get enough of it. Kirsten Dunst is especially cute in it and I think she plays wonderfully in the role of Marie Antoinette. I absolutely love period movies and especially this one. If you haven't seen it you definitely must. Its not a boring period film. Its colorful and fun, and I love how Sofia Coppola incorporates modern music in the film to demonstrate how young Marie Antoinette and Louis-Auguste really were when they were given the title of the King and Queen of France and Navarre. Anyways, I just absolutely love the stunning costumes worn in the film. So beautiful and classy! And, until just the other day, I didn't know there was a seen in the movie where Kirsten Dunst and Rose Byrne are trying on shoes and clearly there's a pair of Converse high-top light purple chucks in the scene. Amazing!

Absolutely stunning, don't you think? I wish people still dressed like this now-a-days. Did you notice the picture with the chucks in them? Fun!! So again if you haven't seen this film please do and let me know if you like it or not.
