Marmee Craft on Etsy. Sound familiar? If you've been a follower for awhile now you'd probably remember that I featured her work in December of last year (you can find that here). And, I wanted to reintroduce you to her and show you some of her newer work. She is a wife and mother living and working in the mountain forest of North Carolina. Marjorie's inspiration comes from nature, music, old literature, 19th century folk art and fashions, and many more wonderful things.
I absolutely adore Marjorie's whimsical and fun work. There is just something about her pieces that draws me in. Every piece tells a story and that may just be why I love it so much. I think the colors she uses are beautiful and the characters are fabulous. I have a couple of her prints now since doing her last feature and they are are just beautiful in every way. She is also one of the sweetest people I've come across since starting this blog and I'm so glad I am able to share her work with you. So here are some of my new favorites.
Beautiful, right? My absolute favorite is the Mr. Owl's Ascot Print. Marjorie also has a very sweet blog where you can follow what she's up to and see what she's working on. So go take a look at her shop and tell me which ones your favorite! xoxo, Kayleigh.
