In 2011 a remake of Jane Eyre was released featuring Mia Wasikowska, Michael Fassbender, Judi Dench and Jamie Bell. I didn't see it right when it came out, but when I did finally get around to it I was taken aback by how breathtaking it was. This is a beautiful version and was so well done. The scenery is just gorgeous. Jane Eyre is originally a novel written by author, Charlotte Bronte that has inspired films, silent films, musicals, radio shows, television shows and even newer literature. I've seen a couple versions of Jane Eyre, but I must say this one is my favorite. Jane Eyre is the story of a young woman and orphan, Jane (Wasikowska) who becomes governess to Adele, a french orphan girl in a mansion called Thornfield Hall. The master of Thornfield is Edward Rochester (Fassbender) and over time they fall in love, but things start to fall apart when she learns he's been keeping a big secret. It's a really lovely story and the movie tells it so well. So take a look at some pretty pictures from the film.
Aren't they just stunning? I absolutely love the costumes and scenery and of course, Mia Wasikowska and Michael Fassbender both give wonderful performances. Has anyone seen this version yet? If so, what did you think? If you haven't seen it I really recommend it! If you do happen to watch it on my recommendation I'd be curious to see if you did like it so come back and let me know! xoxo, Kayleigh

I really love a version that either BBC or ITV did, but have been wanting to see this for a while. It looks beautiful!
